MELTON & DISTRICT MODEL CLUB supports a wide range of modelling activities and associated interests. This website is designed to provide a source of information for existing members and for those who may wish to join the Club.

MDMC AUCTION Wed 24th March
Looking for a bargain! Having a clear out of your unwanted modelling stuff.  Then the MDMC Auction is the place to be.

Richard Phillips has volunteered to be auctionner.  10% commission goes to Club Funds.

RAF COSFORD MUSEUM RESTORATION WORKSHOPS VISIT

This will take place in November 2010 with members travelling on a car sharing basis. This is an opportunity to see a different aspect of the Museum. If you are interested contact John Page

Afternoon Flying Instruction - Change of Day
(2010-Commences Tuesday, 30th March)

Very soon the clocks will go forward signalling the start of flying instruction. As we know from last year, Thursday always seems to be wet or windy. So, this year instruction will take place on Tuesdays when weather is always brilliant!  However should the weather on a Tuesday in any week prevent flying then instructors will be available on the Thursday of that same week.
Please note: Instruction will not take place on both a Tuesday and a Thursday in any given week.
BMFA  Membership Certificates/Insurance

If you have renewed your Club Membership but have not yet received your BMFA membership certificate, our Membership Secretary, Alan Odom, has them. You can collect yours from Alan on Wednesday evenings at The Clubroom. Any uncollected certificates will be sent out with the next Newsletter.
Membership Renewals Now Overdue!

 If you have not renewed your membership you are no longer covered by BMFA insurance and you will not be able to use facilities offered by The Club.

Are your Membership details up to date?
Your Club recently purchased new software to enable easier management of membership records and production of Membership Cards. To make full use of this software please ensure your details are up to date by:

1. completing the form sent to you in the last news letter  OR

2.  e-mailing your name address, telephone and e-mail details to alanodom@f2s.com
